Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–15 business days after you order. Every order is tracked.

Orders are shipped by our fulfilment partner and may be dispatched from outside the UK. The country of dispatch and the carrier are in your shipping confirmation email.

Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Standard tracked delivery is £4.95, free on orders of £80 or more.

The total at checkout is the full amount you pay us. If a carrier ever asks you to pay import VAT, customs duty or a clearance fee on delivery, email us the receipt and we will refund that charge in full.

Email us as soon as possible. We can change an order until it is dispatched. You can cancel at any time before delivery, and up to 14 days after it arrives.

Our separates come in UK sizes 6 to 18 and are designed to fit true to size. Body measurements for each size are in the size guide.

No. Our satin is polyester satin, or viscose and elastane satin on some styles. The exact composition is listed on every product page.

Brass with a gold-tone or silver-tone plating, set with glass crystal or glass pearls. The materials are listed on each product page. They are fashion jewellery and are not made of precious metals.

Care instructions are on each product page and the garment label. As a rule, hand wash cold or dry clean, do not tumble dry, and never iron directly over sequins.

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under your legal rights, and we accept returns up to 28 days after delivery. See Returns and Refunds.

Within 14 days of us receiving your return, or of you showing proof that you sent it, whichever is sooner. Refunds go to your original payment method.

The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment service providers and we never see your full card details.
