Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you buy from JHENK.

These terms apply to every order placed on jhenk.shop. Please read them before you order. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
jhenk.shop is operated under the trading name JHENK. You can contact us at support@jhenk.shop.
2. Who can buy
Our store is for consumers aged 18 or over, buying for personal use, with a delivery address in the United Kingdom.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its composition and measurements where relevant. Product photographs are for illustration. Colour, sheen and the look of sequins and crystals can appear different depending on your screen and on the light. Sizes and measurements are given as a guide in our size guide.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total shown at checkout, including delivery, is the full amount you pay us.
- Delivery costs are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.
- If a carrier asks you to pay import VAT, customs duty or a clearance fee on delivery, we will refund that charge in full when you send us the receipt. See Shipping and Delivery.
- Payment is taken when you place your order. The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment service providers, and we do not see or store your full card details.
- If a price on our website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before accepting your order and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. How the contract is formed
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This is not yet acceptance. Our contract with you is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is no longer available, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
6. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses. Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–15 business days after ordering. Orders are shipped by our fulfilment partner and may be dispatched from outside the UK. If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
7. Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. We also accept returns up to 28 days after delivery. How to cancel, how to return items, who pays return postage and how refunds work are set out in our Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. A model cancellation form is available.
8. Faulty goods
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are summarised in our Returns and Refunds policy.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.
Our products are for personal use. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption or severe weather. If this happens we will tell you as soon as possible, and if the delay is significant you may cancel and receive a refund for goods you have not received.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy, please email support@jhenk.shop with your order number. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
12. Your personal information
We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
14. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
